By visiting our website, joining our newsletter, visiting our breeder's selection marketplace, and signing up for a wholesale account with us, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy, Refund, and Return policies. If you do not consent to nor agree with any of these terms outlined herein, you have the right to not participate by leaving our site. Our website is supposed to be uplifting and enjoyable, but as with any web-based experience, there are certain risks involved, especially as it pertains to your sensitive personal information. **SALES WARNING!**
Germination of Cannabis seeds is illegal in most states/countries. HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) sells cannabis seeds as a collectible adult genetic preservation souvenir only. We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is going to cultivate them in a state/country where it is illegal to cultivate them. HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone! As a HydroGro by Pricematch customer, you are also prohibited from distributing seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in cannabis seeds is illegal.

**YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PLACE AN ORDER!**

**Germination**
For states/countries where cannabis germination is legal, viability and germination rates of all varieties are tested on a regular basis. However, HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) does not accept any product liability, and we do not give any guarantees. That said, as plant breeders, working with elite genetics, we measure our success on your success. With each order, you will be supplied with a Germination Guide that has been field-tested by our breeders for an optimal success rate. HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) is not responsible for germination rates.

**Refunds & Exchanges**
Refunds can be requested and will be granted up until the point when your package has shipped. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Special requested Refunds and/or Exchanges post-shipment may be considered if the Germination Guide was carefully implemented. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

**Shipping Policy**
Your order will be shipped promptly once payment has been received (within 24-48 hours typically). HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) is not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to any incorrect addresses that were supplied at the time of purchase. HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) is not responsible for theft/lost packages. Tracking numbers are supplied upon request. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment.

**International Shipping:**

All international packages are at your own risk. We do not guarantee international delivery. HydroGro by Pricematch (https://www.hgbpm.com/) is not responsible for international orders after the order has been shipped. Therefore, you are agreeing that you are taking a risk and will not hold HydroGro by Pricematch liable if your package does not arrive. This can include customs seizure, theft of any kind, lost in transit.

**Returns**
Currently, we do not accept returns.

Seeds are strictly for novelty and souvenir purposes. HydroGro by Pricematch accepts no responsibility or liability for any use that does not comply with state/local laws and regulations.
Germination and/or cultivation of these seeds is strictly limited to localities and countries in which it is legal to do so.

**Agreement to Terms**
